Detectives from the Fairfax County Police Department’s Major Crimes Bureau took Zackary Webb, 20, into custody following an investigation into an indecent exposure incident that happened late last month near Route 28 and Machen Drive.
According to police, the victim was walking in the area when a man in a car approached her and exposed himself. Detectives, with help from the Real Time Crime Center, identified Webb as the suspect.
Webb was arrested and taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with indecent exposure. He was initially held on a $1,000 secured bond but has since been released, officials said.
Victim specialists have been assigned to provide support and resources to the victim, authorities said.
The investigation is ongoing.
